We use HPI data as we believe it is the most up to date data which has the backing of Norwich Union with their home insurance products for most flood risks.

Understanding the risks associated with flooding is only one aspect so we have also linked up with specialist providers of solutions for minimising the effects of flooding except in extreme events.
